By using My Social Orbit you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. You must be 13 or older.

1. Accounts

A Firebase Authentication sign-in (Google, and Apple on iOS when enabled) is required. Drive access is required to open the orbit. You are responsible for activity on your account and for who you grant Drive access to.

2. Your content

You retain rights to data you input. Relationship records are stored in Google Docs in your Google account. SpellWright does not host those records. If you delete the App, the Docs remain in Drive until you trash them.

3. Other apps

Act opens Phone, Messages, Mail, or a social app with a draft. You send. We do not auto-send messages.

4. Prohibited use

Illegal or infringing activities
Abuse of infrastructure
Using the App to store or share data you do not have the right to store

5. Intellectual property

App code and branding remain SpellWright Studios property; you receive a limited personal license. Play listing identity: com.spellwrightstudios.mysocialorbit.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate for breach. You may stop using the App and trash your My Social Orbit folder in Drive at any time.

7. Disclaimers

Provided “AS IS” without warranties. Liability limited to the fullest extent of law.

8. Changes

Updates will appear here with a new effective date.
